On-court rivals, off-court pals LeBron James and Kobe Bryant are constantly being compared to one another, ranging from their stats in the NBA to the sales on their signature footwear. LeBron gets the jump on Kobe this year in the sneaker world when his Nike LeBron 8 hits retail floors in the coming weeks, but Kobe’s next signature model won’t be far behind. The Nike Zoom Kobe VI is scheduled to debut just before the year comes to an end, arriving at retailers first in the “Del Sol” colorway on December 26th, 2010. At some point or another this this White/Neutral Grey-Concord-Black pair will release as part of Nike’s Spring 2011 collection, according to reports on NT. This particular pair features a white base with the new reptile print pattern inspired by Kobe’s “Black Mamba” nickname appearing in neutral grey. Nike’s Swoosh and Kobe’s logo both take on a hit of black and concord blue comes in to finish things off, accenting the sockliner, heel carriage and midsole.
