At last. Official images of the Nike Zoom Kobe VI (6) have been revealed, thanks to Foot Locker who’s supplied us with a nice detailed look at the sneakers for the first time. Kobe Bryant’s 6th signature features the familiar low-cut silhouette which has been Kobe’s preferred choice for his past three sneakers now. Although some early sample images of the Zoom Kobe VI showed the sneakers with a Skinwire upper (same material on the Hyperdunk 2010), this pair doesn’t appear to be one which uses such a material. Instead, the sneakers consist of some sort of textured, snake-like material tying into Kobe’s nickname, the Black Mamba and unless it’s hidden under the raised material, there doesn’t appear to be any flywire embedded into the base material. The Zoom Air midsole remains as a standard of course, but new is the traction pattern on the outsole.
This specific Black/Del Sol colorway of the Nike Zoom Kobe VI (6) will be the first to drop and you can expect them to release on December 26th, 2010. For a closer look at the sneakers from front to back, follow the jump.
