Fans of the Air Jordan 3 defiantly have a lot to cheer about. Earlier this month, Sneaker Obsession reported broke the news on a few 2011 Air Jordan Retro’s, one of which was a US-bound Air Jordan 3 “True Blue” which wil make up for last year’s exclusive overseas release. That alone was enough to get AJ3 fan’s hyped for the year to come, but a few weeks later we caught wind of an upcoming Air Jordan 3 “Doernbecher” model scheduled for a release in November 2010 which got people even more pumped up. To make it even better for Air Jordan 3 enthusiasts, before the True Blue’s release and after the Doernbecher version drops, Jordan Brand will bring back the Air Jordan 3 “Cement Grey” which is sure to be another crowd-pleaser.
Appearing just like they did 1994 when they first released and in 2003 when they were last retro’ed, the Air Jordan 3 “Cement Grey” features a white tumbled leather base, black and grey cement print around the toe and heel, and fire red accents on the inner liner, lower lace eyelets and Jumpman logo across the tongue. Hits of black cover the midsole and the Jumpman logo on the heel with a dose of grey on outsole wrapping things up. From what’s being reported at this time, the shoe’s are slated for a release sometime during February 2011. When more details are provided and a release date can be confirmed we’ll let you know, until then check out a few photos of a sample pair provided by Modern Notoriety.
