Having already seen previews of some of the sneakers, we present you with a look at the entire Nike Air Force 1 “World Basketball Festival” Collection which consists of 5 country-themed releases and the infamous Foamposite version. With the exception of the Air Force 1 Hi “Foamposite”, the Air Force One’s honor China, the United States, Puerto Rico, France and Brazil, and feature solid colored uppers paired with a White Swoosh and heel tab. The respective country’s flag is worked in as a tongue tag while debossed lettering on the heel spells out their name. Further use of each country’s flag, as well as their signature color ways, can be seen worked in the graphics appearing beneath the translucent outsole. As for the Air Force 1 “Foamposite”, you should all be aware of those by now being they’re one of the most anticipated Air Force 1’s in the history of Air Force 1’s and have sparked discussions all over the web these past couple of weeks.
No official release date has been announced at this time by Nike but it has previously been reported by some sources that the Air Force 1 “World Basketball Festival” Collection is expected to arrive at House of Hoops on August 8th. It’s also been mentioned that the Air Force 1 Hi “Foamposite” is expected to release on August 14th, 2010, or a few days earlier through some distributors. Whether or not these dates hold any weight at this time is unknown, so we’ll keep you posted on any further details. Until then follow the jump to check out the photos. Via: Hoop China
