This month brought us a brand new SB Dunk Mid. The only Dunk from the lineup to feature an ankle strap shed a few pounds by going for a cleaner strapless look. The change left some people feeling a little salty, as the strap was one of the main reason they preferred the mid-cut Dunk from Nike SB, while others were more accepting to the design since they never really liked the strap to begin with. If you’re part of the camp that’s unhappy with the changes, you may wanna start trying to adapt yourself to the strapless style cause it appears it’s gonna be the new standard for the SB Dunk Mid.
Shown here is a new SB Dunk Mid which just arrived at Japanese retailer LTD and should be arrive stateside before you know it. In a solid shade of black, the upper features suede around the toe, on the mid-foot and on the heel, with smooth premium leather covering the toe-box, Swoosh and ankle panels. The dark styling continues on the sole unit which is slightly accented with white stitching to coincide with the white tongue tag marked with an aquamarine Nike SB logo.
When we learn when they’ll become available in the US, we’ll let you know.
