Unable to break away from the use of lime, Nike introduces a new pair of Dunk High’s which add to the abundance of sneakers this year that use the neon color in some way or another. Unlike most of the other sneakers though, where the color was worked into the actual sneaker, the lime color hit can mostly be done away with on these Dunk’s if you’re not feeling how it’s been worked into the color palette.
A combination of light bone and black pair up for the upper, with smooth leather used for the light bone paneling and textured leather used for the black. The nylon tongue also takes on a shade of black, as does the outsole which is seen sitting below a white midsole. The accents of lime merely appear on the tongue tag and in the form of a set of shoelaces, leaving you with the option to do away with majority of the lime coloring if it doesn’t work for you.
