Angel Cabada and his design team over at Supra are obviously Air Jordan fans. As must be Erik Ellington, the Supra sponsored professional skateboarder, who’s new signature Pro Model is spotted here using influences from one of the most beloved sneakers from Jordan Brand.
Known as the Avenger, the new low-top shoes from Supra take certain ques from the infamous Air Jordan IV to create a skate-ready sneaker which is sure to turn some heads at your local skate park. Since the AJ4 influences are strongly noticeable, Supra Footwear pays a little more respect to what we believe to be one of their favorite Jordans by debuting the Avenger in the signature “Bred” colorway that Jordan Brand has continually used over and over again.
We’re also told there’s a white version of the Avenger in the works, but previews of that have yet to surface. We’re beginning to wonder though what those white ones could look like. Could they possible be in another signature Air Jordan IV colorway? Maybe a Fire Red version, or even a Military Blue edition? At this time we can only speculate and wait to see, as both sneakers are set to hit Supra Footwear retailers sometime this month
