As part of their March 2010 lineup, Nike released a pair of High Top Dunks with a gingham-like checker pattern in white/blue, offset by denim which added a nice premium feel to the shoes. Following up on that very sneaker Nike’s released another pair of Dunk High’s featuring a much brighter color palette.
The same denim features remain, with the entire toe, lace panels, heel and wing all constructed from the fabric. However, to fit in with their lineup of shoes using brighter hues for the warmer Spring months, Nike countered the white/blue gingham pattern used on last month’s version with a white/mint checker pattern and threw in accents of orange blaze on the leather Nike Swoosh, nylon tongue, and mesh inner lining. Wrapping things up is a clean pure white mid-sole resting above a dark army outsole.
If you’re interested you can pick a pair up for yourself through Finish Line for $82. They also have the white/blue ones I was mentioning if you’re more interested in those.
