It’s official folks. That is unless we get a release date change here, which isn’t all to unlikely, but let’s not talk about that and just hope for the best here.
The crew over at NiceKicksis reporting that May 1st is the date that’s been set for the highly anticipated Air Jordan 11 “Silver Anniversary” to hit retailers. Given the popularity of the Air Jordan XI to begin with you can only imagine how many people are dying to get their hands on this limited release. I know I for one gotta have a pair, if not two due to the fact they’re all white and I know one is bound to get used and abused pretty quickly.
As you’ll notice by the picture, which is supplied by Jordan Brand and believed to be the production model, the Jumpman logo usually present on the heel is absent on the Silver Anniversary edition. We’re not quite sure why that is but that’s the way things have been ever since previews of the sneakers started surfacing months ago. I’m sad to see it go to be honest with you but it is what it is, I’m copping regardless.
