We haven’t gotten word on just when exactly the shoes will release but during an recent interview with Patrick Christopher of the California Golden Bears SoleCollector dropped the news. After asking Christopher what his favorite sneakers were and him mentioning the Royal Blue Foam’s as one of em, SoleCollector replied with “Yeah they’re bringing those out again this fall.”
This is sure to be good news for all those like myself who were hoping Nike would bring the Royal Blue’s back this year after releasing the Copper and Eggplant models. However it’s bound to be bad news for all the resellers who’ve been getting $400-$500 a pair for both the OG’s from ’97 and the first retro’s from 2007.
