To the delight of many Nike reissued the Air Total Max Uptempo last year in a few of the OG colorways once released during the late 90’s. All-Stars such as Tim Duncan and Reggie Miller once wore the Air Total Max Uptempo and today we’re starting to see the sneakers make a comeback on the court and on the streets. To kick off 2010 Nike released a Black/Varsity Red version of the Air Total Max Uptempo and now they’re following it up with this Black/Black-Pale Blue version.
The shoes yield an upper constructed from mostly Black perforated leather with smooth Black leather trim on the midfoot and toe area. Accents of Pale Blue brighten the sneakers up just a tad bit as they’re placed on the counter heel panel, within the air unit and on the outsole. There’s also a touch of Pale Blue on the AIR stitching on the top of the tongue.
Footlocker isn’t releasing an exact release date just yet but they’re expect to drop sometime in June so keep it posted for further details.
