Nike Air Diamond Turf – Fall 2010 Release

Like Bo Jackson who played both football and baseball Deion Sanders was one of the few athletes who was able to actually make achievements in two separate professional sports leagues. As a kid Deion was one of my most favorite players to watch in both football and baseball. He was a beast on the football field and one of the leagues most feared cornerbacks and punt returners, and on the ball field Deion used his darting speed to rack up over 300 stolen bases during his career.

Last year in 2009 Nike paid tribute to Bo when they retro’d his Air Trainer SC, and this year in 2010 Deion will be shown a little love when Nike drops the Air Diamond Turf retro, again, later this year. The Air Diamond Turf is Deion’s first signature sneaker which was first released in 1993 followed by a retro in 2004, and now the sneakers are expected to hit retailers again this year as part of Nike’s Fall 2010 Collection. So far we have only known for sure that this OG White/Black colorway will be releasing. There has been no mention on whether or not Nike will re-issue the other two Air Diamond Turf colorups.
