Sneaker customizer Jest3r from 3R Customs is back with another sick pair of custom kicks to make your jaw jaw drop. Back in 2006 Jest3R did a pair of Dunks with a theme inspired by tokidoki in a style for a female customer, and ever since then he’s been slowly working on this pair of Dunk Lows also with a tokidoki theme but this time in a style for the guys. The upper features a tokidoki camo print with candy apple glitter patent leather Nike Swooshes and heel tab. The inner is lined with the same camo print and the sockliner is wrapped comfortably with red suede. Topped off with a stuffed tongue and an oversized heart-and-crossbones logo over both toe-boxes, the tokidoki logo. This a 1 of 1 custom which Jest3R did for his own personal collection and it will not be reproduced.
Personally speaking, i’m nowhere close to being a tokidoki fan, and probably would not wear these do to that, but as one who can respect art and what sneaker customizers are doing here for the industry i can defiantly respect these. Not to mention Jest3R always comes through strong with his themes and carries them out completely, something which helps to get his customs featured here on Sneaker Obsession.
