@ima knight – Dont pay attention to the haters…For your knowledge though, the athletic director from UCF did check before hand to verify it would be ok, and regional adidas execs told him it would not be a problem. However regional execs dont make the final call when it comes to these contracts, and apparently UCF wasnt aware of this so therefore they didnt ask any more questions and had assumed Marcus could wear the Jordans without a problem…

However, when he took to the court in the Jordans memos went out within minutes from the higher up execs at adidas stating that they did not authorize the school to allow Marcus to wear Jordans and that it was terminating the contract.

Its not Marcus’ fault or the athletic director at UCF…Its more a matter of mis-communication between UCF and regional adidas execs…Its a screwed up situation.

if you get your facts from other sources, you would know that ucf told him it would be ok to wear his jordans long before he came. so ucf can bite it. they should have checked with adidas first….

are u guys kiddin ?? u really think it’s b/c of the fit of the shoe? dont play us for stupid hes a spoiled brat thinking hes got the power to do what ever he likes he’s the 1 costing the team its sponsorship he should have considerd the equipment contract before agreeing to go to that school …maby he should have gotten better grades and made it to a better school that had a nike contract…the kids of today think there so entitled …humble youreslf chump u will never b your dad …
