I will admit, VI’s were actually never really one of my grails. Jordan heads will probably call for my execution now. Despite my previous unappreciation of the shoes, the retroing of the Carmines has truly peaked my interest. Although the midsole looks to be about the same quality as we’ve come (sadly) to expect from JB, with similar worksmanship to the retro VIII’s, the shoe does pretty well to follow the blueprint of the originals. Many people will be extremely excited about this release, as there are virtually no wearable pairs of Carmines left. The shoes will release along with the 17′s in a pack in June. Can you say sickness?
