Honoring the recently unexpected passing of Michael Jackson, SBTG and DJ Inquisitivehave teamed up to design a pair of customs honoring the late King of Pop. DJ Inquisitive approached SBTG with interest to do a project and with the recent passing of MJ SBTG knew a pair of customs paying tribute to Jackson would be great, specially since Michael Jackson is the reason DJ Inquisitive got into music in the first place.
The custom Chuck Taylors use a distressed look with a theme inspired by Michael Jacksons epic and award winning ‘Thriller’ video. The sneakers use tons of details to bring together a look as if Jackson himself would of worn them himself along with his bright red leather jacket. The claw effects are one of the key elements of the sneakers ive loving but some other key features include custom patches stitched onto the upper, zipper tongues and SBTG/Royalefam branding.
