Nitro Microphone Underground, a Japanese based hip-hop group celebrates their 10th Anniversary this year since releasing their debut album Nitro Works in 1999. In honor of the 10th Anniversary Nitro Microphone Underground teamed up with Nike to design a pair of Air Force One Supremes with a Nitro Microphone theme. The upper of the sneakers features a black elephant pattern on the frontal, lace panels, Nike Swoosh and heel/ankle panels with faux 24K gold on the toe-box and mid-panel. Gold also appears on the Nike branding on the heel, as well as on the mid-sole stitching and on the pinstripe on the mid-sole. The right tongue is woven with the year ‘1999’ while the left reads ‘2009’. The laces included gold lace locks and the lace-tips are crowned with gold screw-top caps.
