Owning the worlds most well known and most popular sneaker publication defiantly has its advantages that many people can only dream of. One of those such advantages is having friends in high places that are able to scratch your back if your scratch theirs.
Known for their exclusives collaborations with Nike, such as the Nike Air Penny II which they showed us back in June, Sole Collector gives us a look at some images of the Sole Collector x Nike Zoom Flight Club which is their latest collaboration with Nike Basketball. Sole Collector used a three color colorway of purple, black and white which is inspired by the Sacramento Kings, their hometown team. The upper shroud material is a first for Nike Basketball that youll be seeing in the near future, coined “Armor”. Its actually the same exact paneling used in Nikes Foamposite-based sneakers, just left raw and unmolded. A white synthetic leather makes up the toe-cap, a doubled purple splatter print is used along the midsole, and of course the Sole Collector logo is proudly displayed along the strap.
The Sole Collector x Nike Zoom Flight Club has unfortunately just been produced as a friends and family release. Since you wont be able to get your hands on a pair at this time you might as well just enough the photos provided after the jump. Via: SC
