First thing that came to mind when i saw these were The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air. Not that they are that 80s style kind of sneaker but because the ideas of these are inspired by tropical frogs. When i heard that the first thing that i thought of was the saying “Its about to get frogging in here cause im ready to leap!”. Which is something Will Smith once said in the Fresh Prince.
