It may be a little late but within the coming months Nike will be releasing this Quickstrike Nike Zoom Kobe IV dubbed ‘Gold Medal’. The sneakers are designed to honor the Gold Medal the Team USA Basketball Team won during the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics. The Zoom Kobe IV sports a mid-panel on the upper which consists of the Team USA colors with a white base, blue lines, and a blue Nike Swoosh outlined in red. The tongue is a dark blue and laces and tongue branding are a dark red. Gold is featured on the toe and heel with Kobe’s number ‘10′ embedded on the back ankle tab and a gold medal printed on the insole with the date the team won the medal printed on it.
